The Battle during a Sommer Breeze

It just so happens that three of my friends are having a performance all on the same day. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the Metro Atlanta Area on March 28th. This is an open invitation to become familar with a new breed of up and coming artists.

Long time friend Breeze stretches the bounds of Hip-Hop and will be having a Album Release House Party in Ellenwood, GA (3860 Busby Mill) at The Unrestricted Ent Studio from 6-9 pm. As he puts it, "This is a bbq and listening party so bring a dollar to purchase your copy of the album before iTunes, Walmart, Target, etc jack up the price. Bring as many friends as you'd like...".

Trey Hawkins/The Battle Of will be playing at the Daily Grind in Marietta from 8-11 pm. If you like listening to passionate and relatable lyrics over modern day anti-folk music, this is for you.

If Marietta is too far out for you, you can stay in Atlanta and see Sommer Melody at the Urban Grind Coffee Shop. If you're into having your R&B unplugged and listening to some of the most eclectic artist around then you should give this a shot. This will be from 7-10 pm.

There is no reason for anyone to be sitting in their homes tomorrow night. March Madness is exciting but I'm sure you'll watch the highlights on ESPN about a thousand times anyways. Go out! Experience and support your local scene.
